After your registration you will receive an automated confirmation of your order receipt. (This is not yet an order confirmation)
After that we will send you the invoice. The total amount is to be transferred until 28 days before the event date.
As soon as the payment amount is received, we will send you the fully booked invoice, which will serve as your admission ticket. The event can be cancelled up to two weeks before the start date if the number of participants is too low. Should the event not take place due to force majeure (e.g. Corona, arrival of speakers not possible due to flooding, illness or accident of a speaker), the organiser is not liable for any resulting damages. In this case, as well as in the case of cancellation due to insufficient numbers of participants, any amounts already paid will be refunded.
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and is free of charge up to 28 days before the date of the event. In the event of cancellation 27 days to 22 days before the event, 30% of the participation fee will be charged. From 21 days before the event or in case of no-show, the full participation fee will be charged. We will gladly accept a substitute participant.
Audio and video recordings during the event may be used for marketing purposes by FMEAplus Akademie GmbH (e.g. for announcing the next event). The recordings will not be passed on to third parties.
