Once you have registered, you will automatically receive confirmation of your registration.
Our invoice must be settled by 28 days before the event.
The event may be cancelled up to two weeks before it begins if there are insufficient participants. Should the event not take place due to force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control), the organiser shall not be liable for any resulting losses. In this case, as well as in the event of cancellation due to insufficient participants, any amounts already paid will be refunded.
Withdrawal from registration must be made in writing and is free of charge up to 28 days before the event date. For cancellations made between 27 and 22 days before the event, 30 per cent of the participation fee will be charged. From 21 days before the event or in the event of a no-show, the full participation fee will be charged. We are happy to accept a replacement participant.
Audio and video recordings made during the event may be used by FMEAplus Akademie GmbH for marketing purposes (e.g. to announce the next event). The recordings will not be passed on to third parties.
Transfer of the tax liability to the recipient of the supply in accordance with Section 13 of the Austrian Value Added Tax Act (UStG) – the place of performance is Austria
